SCHENGEN VISAS – IMPORTANT NOTICE

• As of  28 May 2013 all Schengen Countries require applicants over 12 years of age  to appear in person for bio metrics (fingerprints).
• Many of the Embassies have advised that they will be closing between 28 May and 06 June.  We will be able to confirm who will be closed by next week.
• We have also been advised by many of the Embassies that the processing times will be a minimum of 10-15 working days during this transformation period.

Pre-book you favourite seat on KULULA before you fly for only R35 per person!

Exit row seats cannot be pre-booked ahead of time.

These seats have to be secured at the airport check-in counters on the day of departure for safety reasons.

The rules around pre-paid seats:

•             Pre-paid seats can be added up to  24 hours prior to departure

•             Payments must be made by credit card

•             Not available to passengers travelling with infants

Kulula Ticketing Time Limits

Kulula have made some changes to Ticket Time Limits and amended the No-Show policy as follows:-

Ticket time limits have changed to:-

• Bookings made more than 72 hours to departure - allow 24 hours to ticket
• Bookings made less than 72 hours but more than 12 hours to departure - allow 4 hours to ticket
• Bookings made within 12 hours to departure - must be ticketed immediately or Kulula will apply instant cancellation

No-Show policy has been changed to:-

• One hour after flight departure Kulula will change ALL restrictive fare flight coupons to USED in order to ensure that these coupons are not refunded or rebooked contrary to the fare rules that apply
• If a customer no-shows for their outbound flight they will forfeit their whole ticket if restrictive fares have been purchased for each flight segment
• Should a passenger no-show for outbound flight not only that coupon but the return coupon will also be changed to USED

For the following Sport equipment mentioned below, SAA will allow an additional piece, not exceeding 23kg, free of charge per passenger – this is valid to both the Weight and Piece Concept.

Please note that these allowances may not be applicable for special events such as the Argus.
